ou must abide by the VOY Wellness Rules, any instructions, advice and/or guidance from any VOY Wellness trainers, employees or other staff of VOY Wellness, while attending VOY Wellness and/or receiving the Services. You must abide by the training conditions detailed in (VOY Wellness General Terms – Training Conditions/ section 4)
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Personal belongings brought into the facilities shall at all times remain at the member’s risk including any personal belongings stored in lockers provided by VOY Wellness. The Member accepts and agrees that neither VOY Wellness nor its employees or representatives shall be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property belonging to, or brought onto or left outside any VOY Wellness premises by the Member or any guest of the Member.
SESSION CANCELLATION
In the event that a member is unable to attend a session for whatever reason VOY Wellness must be notified as soon as possible, and in any event, not less than 24 hours before a VOY Health Committee Session or 12 hours before a VOY Fitness Session is due to commence. Where less than the appropriate notice of cancellation is provided, the member will forfeit the cost of that session and it will be counted as a session from the amount of the total sessions of membership. PAYMENT TERMS The member agrees to: 1. Make an initial payment by way of cash/visa card to cover the first installment payment for their selected package before they start the membership. 2. Package payments are non-refundable, and members will remain liable to pay for their packages in full, whether or not they have completed all their sessions. 3. Full payment of VOY Wellness membership packages must be paid as the following: a. Intro Package: 1 installment fully paid before commencing the membership b. Flexi Package: 2 installments: 50% before commencing the membership and 50% by the end of the first month. c. Prime Package: 3 installments: 35% before commencing the membership, 35% by the end of the first month and 30% by the end of the second month. d. Lifestyle Package: 4 installments: 25% before commencing the membership, 25% by the end of the first month, 25% by the end of the second month and 25% by the end of the third month. 4. Additional 5% discount of the total amount is applied only for the first degree relative. 5. In the event that the member fails to pay any amount due under the contract for a period of more than the durations listed in point #3, VOY Wellness reserves the right to terminate the member’s membership immediately and refuse the member to participate in any further sessions. MEMBERSHIP TERMS 1. Grace period for VOY Wellness membership will be from the starting date as follows: a. Intro Membership (1 Month): 2 weeks grace period b. Flexi Membership (3 Months): 1 Month grace period c. Prime Membership (6 Months): 2 Months grace period d. Lifestyle Membership (12 Months): 4 Months grace period e. Membership Cancellation is not available at VOY Wellness f. Membership ‘Freeze’ option is not available at VOY Wellness g. Membership transfer is available under the conditions detailed in the general terms and conditions. 2. No refunds will be provided for any unused sessions beyond the grace period. 3. By entering into the Agreement you agree and acknowledge that you are over the age of sixteen (16), or if you are under the age of sixteen (16), you have obtained consent from your parent or guardian before entering into the Agreement. 4. If you are under the age of sixteen (16), we will assess you during your Introduction to VOY Wellness. If we do not think it is safe for you to use the “Training Devices”, we may exercise our rights to terminate the Agreement, and if applicable your Membership, and refund all amounts charged by us to your Credit or Debit Card (as applicable) for Services that you have not yet received from us. You agree that we may retain such amounts charged by us for Services that you have received from us. GENERAL TERMS 1. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hashemite kingdom of Jordan. 2. By Signing below I agree that I have received, read, and understand my rights regarding cancellation and payment options and agree to the terms of this contract, VOY Wellness Membership Policies, and VOY Wellness General Terms and Conditions.
